1. The shell is cracked and damaged

2. Is the cable intact

3. Is the plug intact

4. Whether the switch action is normal, flexible, defective or broken

5. Whether the electrical protection device is in good condition

6. Whether the mechanical protection device is in good condition

7. Whether the rotating part of the tool can rotate flexibly without obstacles

8. Whether the insulation resistance meets the specified value
